Professional Indemnity Lawyer - London

Our client is a leading law firm specialising in the provision of legal services to the insurance markets. They currently seek a qualified solicitor to deal to represent the Firm's clients in the conduct of their Professional Indemnity claims, providing legal advice and assistance on issues of liability, damages and Policy cover. It is anticipated that the work and salary on offer would suit a lawyer with at least two years' prior experience, but applications are welcomed from applicants at all levels of qualifications. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Professional Indemnity claims including Solicitor and Surveyor cases. They will also be expected to maintain and develop client relationships, and ensure that the client work is progressed and the client is kept up to date.
The ideal candidate will also have composite and Lloyd's markets experience and have a good understanding of the London Insurance market and financial services generally, including policy coverage disputes, with particular emphasis on professional indemnity policies.
This role is based in central London and offers high profile work in a team based environment.
