PI Fee Earner

This commercial law firm based in central Southampton has a specialist personal injury division, which is thriving, and seeking another fee earner to deal with increased workload.
The role involves the co ordination of legal claims on the RTA pre issue, RTA post Issue, first response and recovery and closure teams. The successful candidate will be able to handle their own caseload, be a self sufficient fee earner and meet fee income targets. You will also be able to monitor and review professional work whilst carrying out your own caseload. A case management system is used so prior experience of system use is a bonus. Excellent client handling and communication skills are a pre requisite as is working to deadline and often under pressure. It is anticipated that the work on offer will require a candidate to have at least 3 years' prior relevant experience.
