They are currently looking to recruit a commercial litigation lawyer to join their busy and successful litigation department. It is anticipated that the work on offer will suit a lawyer with at least 2 years prior experience, although candidates with relevant experience at any level of qualification will be considered. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation and dispute resolution including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, insurance litigation and debt recovery. You will have excellent communication skills and be happy to get out into the market and pro actively drive business towards the department.
