This is a really super opportunity for an experienced personal injury specialist to join one of the leading lights in the legal insurance industry. Our client provides specialist legal services to the some of the most well known names in insurance. This role has arisen due to client demand and an increase in work. The role on offer is for a fee earner to deal with a caseload of defended personal injury claims, through to litigation. The majority of the claims will arise from RTAs and will involve detailed and careful analysis of work, liaison with clients and great communication and organisation skills. It is essential that you have prior relevant experience - an interest in this area of work is not enough - you must be able to pick up an existing caseload and work with it. Comprehensive training on a case management system and company policy is provided. The role is offered on a competitive base salary and there is some scope for bonus on successful attainment of target.
