This local law firm with an excellent reputation in Sussex and beyond is expanding their property department, due to increased levels of work. They seek a qualified solicitor with experience within landlord and tenant at around the two year level of qualification, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered. The work will be predominantly non contentious, although there is the option to develop the contentious side of the work. The firm is a long standing, highly regarded organisation and they offer a well run, supportive work environment. There is some work already awaiting the successful candidate but local knowledge and the ability and willingness to develop and grow a client base is essential.
