This well established and respected Surrey based firm seeks an Employment Lawyer to join their busy Employment Department. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in handling a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of both employers and employees, with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have prior advocacy experience and be confident handling instructions relating to redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, HR policies, contracts of employment, equal pay, grievance procedures, TUPE and other corporate support. Due to the level of work on offer it is suggested that the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years post qualification experience, however applications are invited from candidates at all levels of qualification with relevant Employment experience.
