This well known Hove firm seeks an experienced Wills and Probate lawyer to undertake work on a flexible basis for them. They have some existing work available but the successful individual must be happy to network and market and bring in work and build their own caseload. The stand alone nature of the role makes it essential to have a qualified lawyer and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in wills and probate work. It is up to the individual as to how the work situation is managed – either full time in the office or some time out of the office. It is essential though that clients are kept up to date so good organisation and communication skills are very necessary. The role will be salary and commission based, so again it is up to the individual to dictate the level of earnings coming in. The firm will provide office space, IT and secretarial support. This is a slightly unusual way to work, but the firm has had some success in working in this way and would like to offer the role on this basis.
