Grafton Banks Professional Recruitment is an independently owned recruitment organisation, set up in 2002 to provide services to the recruitment industry.

Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment is the Group's newest venture, set up to service the legal industry in the South of England. We are all about finding jobs for lawyers across the South East and South West of England.

What We Do

Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment specialise in the provision of fee earners and support staff to law firms in the South East and South West of England. We deal with all qualified lawyers up to Partner level, Conveyancing Assistants, Legal Executives, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Administrators, Legal Cashiers, Law Costs Draftsmen and Support Staff.

Our consultants have extensive knowledge and experience of the Legal Markets and have recruited lawyers into jobs from Paralegal up to Partner level, into Private Practice, Public Sector and Industry. This enables us to have a valid and relevant insight into the legal markets we service, giving Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment a tailored and professional approach to the successful placement of candidates into legal jobs.

The consultants at Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment recognise the importance of understanding the needs of our clients and candidates and providing a straightforward, efficient yet empathetic approach.

We will listen to your needs and requirements and work in partnership with you to ensure that you make the right move into the right job for you. We can advise you on your CV, and what type of law firm will be best suited to you. If we feel we are unable to help we will tell you and offer advice as to alternative options.

We fully understand the need for confidentially and sensitivity in the handling of your application. We will always gain your permission prior to making any kind of application to law firms on your behalf and thoroughly brief you on the opportunity available.

Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment provides a comprehensive service to Legal clients and candidates and we make ourselves available to suit you – out of hours, seven days a week. If you can't come to us we will come to you.

We will meet all of our clients and candidates where geographically possible. If we haven't met a legal candidate face to face, we will ensure that they have been thoroughly interviewed over the telephone.
