Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment specialises in the provision of Fee
Earners and Support Staff to Law Firms in the South of England. We
place lawyers and law support staff in to firms in Kent, Surrey,
Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Berkshire and
Bedfordshire. We are also happy to work on a pro active basis on your
behalf, so if we don't deal in your geographical area, give us a call
and we may still be able to help you move. We deal with all Qualified
Lawyers up to Partner level, Conveyancing Assistants, Legal Executives,
Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Administrators, Legal Cashiers, Law
Costs Draftsmen and Support Staff. We have Law jobs at pretty much
all levels registered with us.
Our consultants have extensive experience in
Legal Recruitment and use this knowledge and expertise in the law to
make sure that you receive the best possible service from us. We will
take time to meet you, where geographically possible, to go through
your legal experience in detail and establish what you want from your
next job in the law .
What Do We Do?
The consultants at Grafton Banks Legal Recruitment will listen to your needs and requirements and work in partnership with you to ensure that you make the right move within the law. We can advise you on your CV, Law jobs and what type of Legal environment will be best suited to you. If we feel we are unable to help you we will tell you, and offer advice as to alternative options.
We always obtain your permission prior to making an application on your behalf and will see you through every step of the interview process. We will brief you to the best of our knowledge on the Law Firms we are approaching on your behalf and give you full and frank feedback after the interview.
We are available out of hours, seven days a week and will make time to talk to you.
What Do We Expect From You?
Our reputation as a legal consultancy stands and falls on the
service that we provide to you and to our clients. We therefore expect
you to reflect our standards when presenting yourself to a client. We
ask you to:
- Research a client prior to interview and enter an interview prepared.
- Arrive for interview on time. If you decide not to go ahead with the interview with the law firm let us know in plenty of time in order that we can cancel the interview.
- Keep us up to date with any other law
applications you may have on the go. If you accept an offer and do not
wish to progress with your legal application let us know - we
understand that your prime objective is to gain a new position within
the law.
- Call us with feedback as soon as you have finished your interview, it is imperative that we can pass your feedback on to the law firm as soon as possible. Even if you decide not to go ahead or to accept a different offer within the law, we need to know.
